★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Erie Home installed our roof in September 2023, and less than two and a half years later, we have an active roof leak. That alone is disappointing for a roof that should last decades, but what makes this experience truly unacceptable is Erie Home's complete refusal to respond to our warranty claim. We have reached out multiple times through both their phone line and their website messaging system. Not a single callback. Not a single response. Nothing. Meanwhile, our roof continues to leak, putting our home at risk for structural damage and mold. When a company sells you a roof and a warranty to go with it, you expect them to stand behind their work. Erie Home has done neither. If you're considering them for your roofing project, I would strongly urge you to think twice. The sales process was smooth, but the moment you need service after the sale, you simply do not exist to this company. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to pursue every available avenue until this is resolved.

I contacted Erie home construction for new roof replacement, which was badly needed. Their sales people, Jimmy and Josh were excellent to deal with. They explained everything that I needed to know and the process was very easy. Communication with the construction group was very good and I always knew what was coming up next. Edward the leader of the construction crew Was very good to work with and kept me informed about what was going on. The roof was done in 24 hours as promised the yard was cleaned. The driveways were magnet swept. And all my Experience with the company was terrific. The cost was a little bit more than some of the other roofers but the service the product and the installation I received was outstanding.

I had a shake metal roof installed and it looks great. They were in and out in five hours. The Field Reps, Installation Manager and Installers were a fine-tuned machine. The warranty is wonderful and it gives me great piece-of-mind. I'm happy to be a member of the Erie Family.

Workers were hard working, no stuffs. Very watchful of each other, safety wise and work ethics. Already have a number of compliments of my roof. They cleaned up well, even tho my grass was long which could hide items in it. They were done in a day which I was really surprised of. Supervisor was very helpful when asked questions.

We recently retained Erie Homes to replace our roofing system and are very pleased with our decision. The sales reps were extremely thorough and answered all of our detailed questions with great knowledge, understanding and professionalism. The office manager called us only 3 days later and scheduled the installation the next week. The site coordinator came on Monday and the installation crew came before sunrise just as scheduled. Professional, courteous, helpful, neat, well organized, hardworking and affordable, I highly recommend Erie Homes and will hire them again in several years to work on our outbuilding when it needs a new roof.
