“They are an excellent company and I never have any problems. They come right out and do what they said they were going to do and they're always on time. They let you know 30 mins out. They send a picture on your email of who's supposed to be at your house. I'm very satisfied.”

“The reasoning for my rating is we have had a few issues on a few of our properties. It might not have been the companies fault, I know the sub out their techs. However, the technicians were not up to standard. They are not all doing a good job. Not showing up on time, and charging us double.”

“I lost track, but it probably took them10 different trips. We had two brand new units installed for the upstairs and downstair, and they never got it right. For more than a year they refused to come back and fix it. I had to get the City Inspector invovled, and the manufacturer train as well, in order to get them out to fix it. The Senior techician was great. If they sent him the first time I wouldn't have had this problem. I don't think they even got my permit finalized. They got it in and it is finalized now, burt it was a nightmare for a full eyar.”
