“Unique replaced both of our hydronic heat/AC systems with heat pump systems over two consecutive years. These are extremely complicated systems because there are 3 zones in our house, and the systems are are tied into the boiler (automatically switching between the heat pump, boiler, and AC). The systems work flawlessly because Unique has the requisite expertise in choosing, sizing, and installing these types of systems. I fully trust Unique to get the job done fast and right.”

“Unique Indoor Comfort provided a competitively priced proposal for the type of system we preferred, They agreed that our preference was the most sensible solution for cooling our gambrel style house. Of all the companies interviewed they were the most knowledgable of the operation physical requirements and successful installation of a high velocity system. Their methods of installation ensured minimal disruption of the living spaces and very little cleanup. Unique Indoor Comfort scheduled the work in the spring and completed the work without unforeseen conditions or change orders with additional expense. The system has performed well.”

“I used to like them quite a bit, but I really struggled with them when my air-conditioning broke. I couldn't get anyone to call me back. The guy came and didn't take any notes. They kept losing my information. They told me they couldn't come out for 6 weeks. No one followed up with me at all. It was a suboptimal experience. I ended up going with a different company who came out within 36 hours.”

“UIC has been servicing our system for 14 years, and most of the work has been excellent. Responsive and professional. Last year was the exception. Another plumber incorrectly plumbed a water heater, causing damage to the heating system. UIC sent 4 technicians to try to fix the problem before the owner came himself and properly diagnosed the problem. In the end, I contracted UIC to re-plumb the water heater and replace the damaged pump. The owner promised he would help us explain the mistake in a small claims action. When that time came, I reached out multiple times to the owner without any response. Not only did he insist on charging us for the 4 visits during which his new techs were unable to see what the problem was, he refused to honor his promise to help out in recovering our losses with the original plumber.”
