“The service people were very good. They worked with me by calling into the office to get approval to get more to finish the job. Apparently, they had the ability to look at the problem, and come up with a solution to get the job done. I strongly recommend Horizon Services. They put in our new heating and air conditioning system. I called them several times with plumbing work. They were very responsive and stayed on the job until it got done.”

“They messed up our outside A/C unit and the fan drive. The technicians came out several times to fix the issues, but we were lied to, because they didn't want to do the work. Upper management did mostly refund our money, we still have not received the full money from my bank. They have just stop responding to me.”

“Called to use your winter/summer special pre-season check. Turns out Horizon won't check out combination former oil furnace and gas-fired supply using a separate burner. Others do this so I don't understand why Horizon does not.”

“ALL of our dealings with Horizon have been terrific. They installed our new heating/cooling system several years ago and have profided annual checkups before each heat and cooling system since. The folks who service our equpment are always top notch, friendly and considerate of our needs.”
“I was not completely comfortable with the way the install crew left my home. When drilling through my wall they left concrete dust and chips all over my basement shelves and floor, and left some screws and cut, metal shavings, on my basement floor also. I also found my Lennox Manual INSIDE the unit itself, along with some screws that were left at the bottom of the unit underneath the blower motor. I found these items inside the unit housing by accident, while changing out the HVAC filter. It's not been a year yet, and since the initial install, I've now had to call your repair techs twice in the last week because my HVAC unit shut off, and I had no heat. Not sure why.”

“I called to take a look at my heat pump not working. There were error messages and you charged me a few hundred $ to replace a board. It still didn't work, checked it again and said the freon was leaking. Another few hundred$ to replace freon. Long story short, you believed it needed to be replaced and had a sales guy come out to try to sell me a $10 grand unit. I declined despite the usual pressure. Had another company come out and found it was a defective freon cap. Replaced it and all is working. I tried you because you looked reasonable but will never call again nor recommend.”

“I would never recommend Horizon to a friend. They were horribly organized. It took over 4 months to hook up a replacement stove. They did not have to run any new gas lines, they just had to swap out an old stove for a brand new stove and setup a county inspection. This process took about 4 month, required at least 10 appointments (some of these appointments were canceled. This took at least 5 actual house visits. I had to reschedule my days multiple times for them to come out. This is the worst service I have ever had by a home repair person. They did give me 1/2 of the install.”
