“I have used them for years and was always happy with them even when they would send a really young plumber and I would say “good lord what does he know?” They never disappointed, they were always really good. Then this last time when I was trying to invoke the warranty on the new toilet they installed, they sent out a guy and I told him about the leak. They checked if it was leaking and it did. There was dye coming down, and the water was draining out of the toilet without flushing and the dye was also leaking from the tank into the bowl. I told him both things and all he did was stand and stare at it for fifteen minutes, flushed it a couple of times and looked at it said nothing was wrong with it and left. Then I called, I talked to someone at Len the Plumber, and they said someone would call me back and get the details. They did, and I gave them the story this story right here all over again. That person said “oh someone will get in touch with you.” Which is what the first person had said, and I never heard from them again. They did not change the flapper which was probably all that was needed, except for the draining of the bowl which is probably some sort of valve at the bottom of the toilet. Which would to indicate that the toilet needed to be replaced, and the guy just stared at it for a long time. He agreed with that assessment, although he didn't think anything was wrong with it but all he did was stare at it and said “I have other calls today, so I'm going to go.””

“Len the Plumber (Baltimore) was extremely expensive. It was to replace the hot water tank. The cost was $3500.00. They said that part of it had to do with Covid-19. It was a small tank, and they had to find it. It seemed expensive to me. I had water everywhere, so I had to do it. Bottom line, it was too expensive!”
