“We have been customers a long time. Parker Pearce Service Experts (BAL) is always good about responding as promptly as they can when we have problems with our heating and air conditioning. This time we had really difficult problems. They came right out and on top of that, Parker Pearce Service Experts (BAL) helped me get my new thermostat on the Wi-Fi system and the app on my phone as I was not able to get it done. That was really, really helpful!”
