“Once you buy something from them and sign up for the maintenance program they don't call you to schedule your yearly ac and furnace tune ups. You have to call them and even when you do schedule something they sometimes wont show up and then inconvenience you once you've already arranged work etc to be there during the timeframe they say they would be there. I have repeatedly asked to cancel my plan and they don't honor that. The installation was good but other than that their customer service is horrible. EVERY TIME they come to tune up either the furnace or AC they try to sell you on services you DONT need and I tell them in the beginning don't sell me anything just do what you were scheduled to do and thats it but apparently they don't understand that.”

“The guys were really good! When Green Air Care Group Inc came, they knew what they were doing. I had my dogs too. I had to move them around. They were very understanding and even nice to the dogs!”

“Took them three times to get out here to clean my vent. They said they didn't have the equipment, they said I requested the same guys back but they only used that as an excused. I had a coupon and they didn't want to do the dryer vents, they said it wasn't in the original deal. I wouldn't recommend them.”
