“On January 1st your team came out and was completely dismissive of our issue. I told them it sounded like water was coming down the walls, they told me it wasn't and it was coper piping. I told them I had lived in the house for over a year, I knew what our pipes sound like. They said I was wrong. A pipe had busted in the wall and caused $80,000 in damage, which had they listen to me would not have happened.”

“My mother started using Levy n the mid 1970's and was always happy with the service. I continued using Levy after my mother passed away in 2009 and was happy until things seemed to change around 2018, service not as good, hard to get appointment or talk to anyone. In 2019 I purchased a new system (Lennox) and asked that I be able to pay it out in monthly payments. Instead, I was put into a Lease Agreement with Service Experts, which I did not request, and was unable to get out of it. I continued making payments until this July, when I paid $6,500 to Service Experts for a Buyout Agreement. I feel that this should have been explained to me and let me convert it to a monthly payment plan.”

“I liked that they explained everything fully and asked my approval before doing any work. They also let me know what the cost would be. They did not pressure me to do anything. They just told me what was needed and how much it would cost and let me decide if I wanted them to proceed. They didn't try to sell me anything like another company I had used in the past that actually lied to me to get me to buy something I didn't need or could afford. Very pleased and will call again when I need service.”
