“I had a shower on the second floor leaking into my living room. I hired Nick's because the company website said they did shower installations. After doing a shower pan test that caused more water damage (and I had to tell the worker to stop the test), I was informed that they do not do demolition or repair. I could have someone come out and demo the shower for me, then Nick's would come back out and install a new shower pan. After that I could hire someone to install the new shower. When asked if there was a recommended company to do the demo, the worker gave me a company that did not show up through Google. The price quoted to just do the shower pan installation was more than what I ended up paying to completely repair the shower.”

“My technician did not do the job. I had a problem with the kitchen sink and faucet. My water volume was low. All he did was clean out the filter and I had already done that. He did not help and charged me $324.74. It was not just the filter. This guy did do another job for me on my water heater leak. He repaired it and he did a good job on it. He had to replace a connection. He replaced some hoses and charged me $269. He did a lot more work with the water heater.”

“Exactly One week after this plumbing job was done, we started getting tripped breakers. After a month of electricians trying and failing different things, we finally traced this back to the fact that wires were running from the breakers under the house right were Nicks had some laborers digging a hole. Those wires, which used to be loose on the ground, are now buried at the plumbing work site and lines carrying 220V power were damaged and causing shorts every time it rained. So a $3000 drain blockage has turned into $6000 from people have to diagnosis this and run new lines.”
