“Village Plumbing took advantage of me to charge the maximum amount they could. I hired another reputable plumbing company after Village Plumbing left and they said that the line that was "blocked" should have first been cleared to accurately assess what was needed. Village Plumbing made no effort to clear the line before proceeding to advise me accordingly. I believe that this was done on purpose so that Village Plumbing could charge me unfairly when the only thing that may have been necessary was just to clear the blockage. They are not a reputable and honest company in my view.”

“I asked the two plumbers from Village Plumbing Home Services their professional opinion on something and they couldn't give an answer and put it back on me. I was unhappy with this because I feel the plumbers should have been able to give an opinion on the issue and not put it back on the client. The plumbers also took advantage of me by trying to upsell me on a product that wasn't necessary.”

“Incorrectly diagnosed problem, wouldn’t listen to what I was telling the technician what the problem was and significantly over priced”
