“I called the company to look at an ac unit that wasn't cooling. The technician came out, identified the problem, said that a part needed to be replaced, took a check, and left. I called the company a few days later to ask when they could replace the part and was told that they didn't know I wanted it replaced. They quoted me a high price over the phone and said the technician would call me to discuss options. He never did. Finally I called another company who had the unit fixed in 2 days and charged me less than what I was told the part would cost by Bay Breze.”
