“The person who came to service us left me with a diagnosis that the dishwasher was leaking. I had to call an appliance person to come out. He came out and said no it wasn't the dishwasher but the valve from the kitchen sink's water line to the dishwasher. I had to pay appliance guy for his diagnosis, and I have to get a different plumber to come and fix that, so I wasn't happy.”

Additionally, the quotes I received for other services were nearly 3 times what it cost to get done at at least two other companies I got quotes from (one actually performed the service). I almost certainly won't return to My Plumber Plus for any services for those reasons.”

“Service techs are great, but the so-called priority club is a joke. You cannot schedule a timeframe, but must be available all day. Just like this company, I too have a job. Why must I burn a leave day to be available, and then have the appointment cancelled because they ran out of time? Would not recommend.”
