“Handled custom work with quality workmanship. The whole installation team were very courteous and assuring and kind.”
“They delivered on cost, schedule and performance. The team was respectful of the home. They worked hard on what turned into a more difficult install than anticipated. Communication with sales/management was good. They didnt call after the job was done. That was the only thing that I think they should have done. Just a quick follow up call to confirm that all was good. Overall, Id say that they did a terrific job. Better than I have experienced previously with others.”

“We have had three, separate issues with our old, difficult to access AC system. Our regular service contractor failed us miserably a few years back, and I called Presidential in desperation. Not only did they get our system back up and running, but did so on the same day I called (it was a Saturday, to boot). Two subsequent AC failures ended with the same result; system back to operation in short order. Each time we have an issue with this old set-up, I think it will be the end. Presidential has saved the day, and my wallet, on each occasion. When it dies for good, I know who I am going to call for a replacement.”
