“I think your service charge is too high compared to other companies. The examination is a good price, and they found our problem. The charge was way high compared to other companies.”

“I would never recommend a company with this type of male chauvinism sales tactics into another woman's home.”

“The gentleman I ended up spending time with was very helpful. He tried to make sure that I could save as much as I could possible.”
“Great company. I had a great experience with them. Great service technicians. They were all the way around friendly people.”
“I have a bad taste in my mouth from their visits in 2021. They came out and sold me a $1,600 service that would keep the rooms warmer. They designed a way to fix it, and it did not work. I told them I was not paying them until they did what was supposed to be done. They put me on hold with a collection agent while we were disputing. So they came out and said they repaired it. It did not work. I paid them, but I could have just bought a heater. I told them I was upset and did not appreciate their service. The installer did not do what we agreed to do. I will never use them.”

“They cut my warranty and did not let me know. I was going a month or two without a warranty. Malcolm was tremendous. He really helped me. I have it set back up, but not as good a warranty. It gave me a bad vibe. Someone should have said that the warranty was cut. I noticed my automatic draft didn't come out. They said they weren't warrantying it anymore, but why didn't they call me?”
“I've had two different techs visit. Both were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The company's communications are timely and excellent. Pricing was well in-line with industry, if not a bit less.”
“I don't know. The installer installed the indoor unit too far to the left which caused the filter to scrape the door when it is changed and no filter was provided by the installer, so he left the installed unit without a filter. The sales rep said I would be able to use my electrostatic filter when the new unit would be installed, but I cannot. For one issue, the rep did not put the filter on the installer's work order, so the installer (Cody) threw away the filter and it got torn. Further, the rep did not take my word that while the filter is 16x20, but the case was larger to accommodate it. It was in a metal case that fit into the receptacle housing the filter. When I asked the installer where was the filter, he said he didn't know anything about the electrostatic filter. He then called the office for order clarification and retrieved it from the trash, torn. He was able to jam it into the receptacle area for the filter. I told him to wait to see if I could get it out and I could not because it had to be jammed into the 16x20 space while the frame was larger than 16x20 although the filter was 16x20. So the rep came a later date with a paper filter and to inspect what I was talking about. I told him the installation is too far to the left to get the filter out without scraping the door. He offered to move the unit to the right. I told him it was ridiculous because that did not solve the problem of the electrostatic filter and he needed to find out if there is a smaller electrostatic filter that will fit the unit already there. He told me he would look into it, but never called with the results. After about two weeks, I texted him and told him (Chasen Waugh) on his phone #615-308-2152 that since he did not contact me, I already contacted two suppliers of Dynamic electrostatic filter systems myself. Both informed me that their systems are not compatible with RUUD HVAC systems. I tested Chasen a total of three times (4-18, 4-25, 5-5) to ask what he was going to do about my not being able to use my electrostatic filter. He never responded to any of these texts, which I still have. This delivers several sales problems: 1. The rep (Chasen Waugh) told me I could use the filter on the new RUUD, which was false. 2. He never called me back with an honest answer which I had to research on my own. 3. He never "heard" me when I said that the filter itself was 16x20 and it came housed in a larger frame so would need a larger receptacle and he just ordered a 16x20 base to put on the indoor unit. 4. Now I have a needless wire hanging from the electrical feed that needs to be UNINSTALLED. Beside the poor communications, to say the least, the installer in any case did not position the unit in a manner to install any type of filter into the unit without scraping the door of the closet where it sits. I think there should be some mitigation for this issue, such as free filters or a financial rebate of some type, since I cannot use the electrostatic filter and since my closet door will constantly be scraped by any filter I use. The paper filters diminish the quality of air now. So, I guess I will have to live with more sneezing than in the past. I refuse to move the unit because I am having surgery next week for breast cancer and I think that is a ridiculous solution to the problem. The equipment seems to be working effectively. You can decide if you think I will recommend Donelson Air now!”
“They NEVER showed up”
“Technicians lied and removed all the Freon from my unit. Then recommended that I replace my entire unit. i”
