“I paid for a three year membership. I call in advance to schedule appointments, but they always reschedule my maintenance appointments. It's common for maintenance to get pushed back. For the A/C, I called to schedule an appointment in April. I had to speak with the supervisor to get an appointment, and it had to be scheduled in July. There's no point in having the membership if it's difficult to get appointments.”

“Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a favorable review. I was very happy with this company, recommending them to family & friends for years, until this past year. In the past when I called with an urgent matter, they would send a technician out the same day. The past few times I’ve needed them, the appointment they would offer me would be 2 to 3 days out. Their plumbers & electrical technicians are great. I’ve never had an issue with them. But their logistics has completely gone downhill, forcing me to go elsewhere. This really saddens me because over the years I have grown a trust with the workmanship and professionalism of these plumbers & technicians and I can’t use their services any longer. They are definitely no longer my go to for emergency service, it seems the company is more interested in pushing for sales & installation of new equipment.”
