“At first I was likely to recommend Hutch. But something happened in front office, especially billing and customer service which totally changed my mind. My billing question regarding my monthly service charge was bungled and made worse by communication with customer service. Likely to change my service to another competitor. The problem stemmed from a monthly service charge automatically deducted from my credit cared which was 'skipped' for a few months. Trying to rectify this was a nightmare.”

“Our heater service was not available for over a month. On the scheduled service day, we were told that it needed to be rescheduled for a month latter. In total it will be 2.5 months (if they actually show up as scheduled) in order to get our heater serviced.”

“I've only used Hutchinson for vent cleaning. I received estimates from them, but they're too expensive, so I would go with other companies for other projects. They are the highest priced in the area, but they do excellent work. They're the best out there! I'm retired, and some of it is expensive. I used other companies to do vent cleaning before. One year I had a special coupon for them, so I went with Hutchinson. They were so good with the vent cleaning. They even got out the mason reader that was in the lines since that place was built. I've been in here for over ten years when they did that. For vent cleaning, I always call them no matter what they charge because they are the best! I will give them five stars for the vent cleaning!”
