“The only problem is that they no longer give arrival windows. You have to budget for being home for the entire day. You can't book a half-day. You have to find a day when you can stay home the whole day. They do call you the day before. That is my only problem. Everything else is great! They used to be able to book a window of time and now you can't and you have to pick a day.”
