“While the service was great initially, got rid of a rat trapped in the house right away and did the outside exclusion also, their service after that has stunk! Promises to come back with better bait and live traps…hasn’t happened. They don’t show up on a regular basis! I still have rats running around my yard!!! I paid a large sum of money to get rid of these things and they are still here !”

“The solution put in place to get rid of the chipmunks was a failure. I have more chipmunks then ever burrowing under my sidewalk and porch and none were caught in the boxes placed on my propoerty.”
“I have no issues with technicians who take care of my home .but trying to speak to a manager is the worst experiance . your workers are keeping it together . but ive left countless messages and no response very poor commiunication”

“The people that we dealt with were responsive and informative. They spent time checking all parts of our house and then put “boxes” outside…my only complaint is that they never gave us a report on the status of the boxes even tho we requested one via email..”
