“We have used them for several occasions and have always had superior work! We had bought a brand-new Frigidaire freezer, and hadn't had it four months, and it got where it wasn't freezing. We had used them before, and they were a qualified warranty repair for Frigidaire. The freezer that we bought had a special refrigerant that could only be serviced by Frigidaire themselves. The gentleman who came out pinpointed the problem, called and got a case number for Frigidaire for us, and gave me an 800 number that I called, and they came out the next day. I couldn't ask for Appliance Doctor to be any better than they were — Beyond the call of duty! Frigidaire came out the next day, ordered the suggested part, and had it shopped directly to our house. I recommend them to anybody.”

“Four service calls for two different appliances, it is a hit or miss it's not always right. The number one issue is that we needed several repairs and they didn't actually address the problem. I will be looking for another supplier next time.”

“The technician that came did not speak English well at all. He had really bad body odor. There was a major communication issue there that made the installation difficult. The technician tried to put the cook top into the existing cutout of the counter top, but it required a metal lip because there was about a half inch space that had to be addressed, and I wasn't able to communicate with him what needed to happen. I ended up having to spend close to $200 just to put back the old cook top. I was out $200 with no work really done.”
