I really appreciated the responsiveness and their ability to come out within hours of me contacting them. Brian did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he didn’t have the replacement part with him the first time he visited, he came back first thing the next morning and now our dryer is working perfectly.

Irvin and Brian came out quickly and also figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. Our retractable range vent fan was going up and down without our touching it. We’re grateful that they could fix it so we didn’t have to buy a whole new range vent fan. Irvin is very friendly and cheerful. His helper Brian is very nice too. He’s just more of a quiet guy. We’re glad we found Mega Appliance Repair and would recommend them.

Ervin was able to come out same day and repair our washer. Between the holidays and my daughter coming home from college I have a mountain Of laundry to do. So grateful to mega appliance repair for coming out same day! So many places up charge for same-day service, but there was no additional charge and the price for the repair was very reasonable. I look forward to being a loyal customer!
