“As I recall, I had some problems. I reached out to them, and it took several days for them to get back out to me. They fixed a dishwasher, and although the technician was a very nice young man, he didn't really have any of the parts in his truck. He had to order them, and it took quite a while. It was maybe out of his hands, but it took longer than I expected.”

“On the whole, fairly positive, on time, pretty friendly. I think the problem has been fixed. It was a pretty minor issue and maybe a little more expensive than we thought it was going to be, but not crazy. So, all in all, he was prompt and quick at resolving everything. I'd grade S.O.S. Appliance Repair B+.”

“We actually called S.O.S. Appliance Repair about two appliances in close succession. We had purchased a Maytag washer and dryer, just over four years ago, and they were absolute top of the line, and we thought that that would last. Unfortunately, the washer went bad, and we called out SOS for them to take a look at it, based on Best Pick Reports recommendation originally. They came out and advised us that it would be $1200 to resolve, and we just decided to not have it fixed—but we felt that they were honest and straightforward with us, so we called them out, when two weeks later, the dryer also went bad, and they were able to quickly resolve the problem for us at what we felt was a reasonable price, despite the fact that the appliances are much poorer made than we expected. I would give them an A+. I already have recommended them.”
