“I would strongly recommend Select Kitchen and Bath, from when Derek walked us through the contract, to when Scott and John arrived to guide us through construction they have been a pleasure to work with and there were no surprises. Everything was clear and chosen at the time of the contract signing. The work proceeded smoothly and as planned and they were very accommodating of my custom design plans. I wanted to create my own glass mosaic on the non-water bearing walls of my bathroom. They worked with me and are still working with me so I can accomplish that. Their work on the shower stall/sink/floor and toilet and the quality of products that have been selected make this a wonderful bathroom to use, even though my part is still unfinished. I love that it is so easy to clean and yet still looks lovely and elegant.”

“We struggle with this rating, but decided to give a rating of 3 stars because the work was eventually completed successfully to our liking. We did have significant problems in the beginning with our master bathroom, a small issue with the wall of glass tile in the powder room, and the supports needed for the kitchen island.”

He asked questions I hadn’t even thought about and gave great design advice for resale. They were not the cheapest bid but the most thorough and there were no surprises. When the project started after a delay due to Covid the company was very professional following strict protocol to keep the area clean. John, the project manager, stayed on top of the bathroom install and was on-sight every couple of days checking the work. They are wonderful at answering emails and phone calls as well. Orlando was the contractor and his work was meticulous! He took such care to do the job right, as if this was his own bathroom. I decided to change some hall lights, as well as install a barn door and they were great at working with me to pick out product to make sure it would fit the space perfectly. I have already recommended them to two other friends and can’t say enough at what a positive experience it has been working with the company and this team!”
“I highly recommend Select Kitchen and Bath if you are remodeling your kitchen. The design and sales process is the most transparent that I have encountered. We had some interesting challenges to overcome due to the age and structure of the house but the team worked with us to come to solutions that were within our budget and worked through several change requests with us. Our kitchen is so much more comfortable, open, and useable than it was previously it's as though we live in a different house. It was an expensive project but I am very satisfied with the results and believe the work to be worth the price.”

Appliances, plumbing fixtures and tile were all installed improperly and without regard for common sense or industry best practices, resulting in damages for which I incurred additional expense after the fact to have corrected. Having already warned off all of my friends from ever doing business with Select Kitchen & Bath, I was content to pay the balance on my contract and be rid of them but the audacity of soliciting a review from me gets one star.”
