“HDP Construction is locally owned and operated. This was one of the items I was looking when comparing companies for our kitchen remodel. The estimate was done by both the construction team and the design team. This provided an overall picture to our kitchen and they provided services that were lacking in others that gave estimates. Although they are on the higher side of the estimates that we received, I felt for the services provided that we were getting a better bang for the buck. They did not disappoint. They were very careful to keep us updated on the daily schedule and if there were updates/changes needed, we discussed and pricing provided upfront. The owner, Ray, was very accessible for questions or concerns if our project manager was not able assist completely. We had a vague vision of what we wanted the new kitchen to be but our design team made that dream come to life. Priscilla, worked with us for several visits just narrowing down our colors and looking at samples and making the process manageable and not so scary! I had no idea all the items we needed to figure out but between her and the construction team, we got exactly what we wanted and then some. The crews are all very nice and courteous of our time and were very clean. We would use them again on another project.”

“This folks in this company are great, from the receptionist who answered the first phone call to the project manager who ensured a fabulous final result. During the initial meeting, management met with us and fully explained their processes so we always knew what was to happen when. During the project, the project manager checked regularly with the laborers and us to ensure any concerns were addressed quickly and immediately. We were extremely pleased with the end result.”

“HDP came out for the initial estimate right away. Many others wanted to schedule appointments so far out we were afraid of how long the job would take if they were that busy. HDP asked all the right questions and were able to provide an estimate the same day. The were able to get started within a couple of days and were done ahead of schedule. “Ray is great and very personable and professional;however, we wished that he would do all the work himself. I had Ray put in a door and do two home inspections for me in the past and was very happy. However, we were not pleased with our most current services that we had done. We were quoted one price by Ray and were shocked when the electricians that came out charged us $1000 to just change out the light bulbs and install a solar flood light that is no longer working! Also, it was not communicated to us that we would be charged a full hour of handy man service when the handy man only did 15 minutes of work. HDP could definitely improve on their communication, rate of response and transparency of price.”

“I wouldn't recommend them because they don't do handyman work anymore. I used to do business with them because they were my neighbors and I really like the people. I don't use them anymore because they only want to bid big jobs. They are doing away with all their customers for smaller jobs now. The people are really good, but you can't get them to do anything for you. They are only interested in the big jobs now. They were great when I did do business with them in the past.”
