“There was some stuff I felt was left unfinished and should have been a part of the service, but it wasn't anything major. When I sent pictures to NewPro and asked if they were coming back to do repairs where the ceiling met the wall next to the shower, they told me it was not part of the contract. The repair was only 2 inches in width of the popcorn ceiling, but they said it wasn't a part of the contract, so I ended up having to fix it.”

“It was a process for us. We had to wait from September to December. NEWPRO originally came on the 19th of December. The door was scratched. The storm door was 3 inches too small. We had to wait until the beginning of March, and we went through winter in New England without it. Everything was not fixed, and it gets exhausting after a while to keep calling and calling and calling.”

“It was a very easy from consultation to installation. The quality of the windows is very good; I like them a lot. They even had some new features that my previous ones did not have, such as being able to open and close them from both sides and I have screens now, so I am pretty excited about that too. I am very satisfied with the windows.”

“We are very pleased with the two showers they installed! Nami (sp?) was terrific and the showers are beautiful. My only complaint is that we were not able to get a second opinion. That was not ok.”
“Initially I had left out the shower door option to make it more affordable to have the conversion done. I was told by the the sales reps that shower doors could always be installed later and all the conversions are built to accommodate shower doors whether at the time of conversion or later. Realizing now I prefer shower doors, I called to check pricing. I was then told both sidewalls would have to be removed to accommodate shower doors (but initially told all showers are built to accommodate doors) He then told me he "got them to waive the extra labor charge" but the doors alone are $3700.00 (about double of what I could even consider). When I expressed I could not afford that cost and asked if I could install doors myself, his reply was that all warranties would become null and void at that point. I don't understand how a shower door could impact the plumbing and mechanics and I feel like I was lied to after just spending $18k.”

“They were friendly and polite. They explained the whole process from beginning to the end process. I felt the quality windows were superb though expensive. But was extremely happy with the job . So glad I didn't cheap out on the house . They will last a the life of the home .”

“I am very dissatisfied with the job they did for me. They came to do the job and messed up my bathroom. I have been calling them, and they keep giving me the runaround. This was in December, and now it's March. I think it is very unprofessional and not customer friendly.”
