“I called them, and I have not received an answer. We had extra shingles. I asked if I could buy them. The man said that they would be sent to a surplus store in Randolf. I am doing my bathroom. I wanted to know the place where there are surplus items. I believe the man's name was Tom. He was the manager there. They said he would call me the next day. I do not have any record of him calling. I wanted to know if he could help me. They told me that I had eighteen months to pay it off. I got a notice that the balance must be paid by December before the interest is added. I am going to pay it off. I did not appreciate that.”

“Their sales team might need some more training. Initially I met with a very seasoned representative, but he has left the company. The new guy was very green. There were some nail holes. Depending on who did the window, some guys filled the nail holes, and some did not. It would've been nice if all the guys filled the nail holes.”

“I had two times I had Rite Window come. They did leave, the first time, without cleaning up, and they bumped my wall and left a scuff in my wall. The second time around was better.”

“Everything went great!”

“The people were pleasant, but I feel that the slider could have been put in better than it was. I feel that the job was not done as good as it could have been. We are getting a lot of wind coming in through the windows. They were also supposed to come and fix the screen door, but did not come back. The job kept getting delayed, but once they came in for the install, it was quick.”

“There was only one work that I thought was condescending, and I asked him not to come back. All of the workers were pleasant, but they couldn't seem to get the door to work properly. Initially they installed the door, and it did not work properly. The handle did not work. They went through this whole process to evaluate the door. They then gave me a new door, and it was OK, but they painted the door the wrong color. The handle didn't work, and they had to come out several times for that. The initial installation was about 8-9 months ago.”
