“hot water was left on my tile floor and the wood trim swelled and was damaged. I have to still pay someone to repair it.”
“I had my carpet cleaned last year and this year. Both times the technician was very through cleaning the carpet and caring for the furniture (putting hard foam under the wood furniture). I also had the air ducts cleaned and they cleaned the panels that cover the vents and air return. I am very please with their service.”

“Had to come back several times to remove stains that were not on the carpet before cleaning. Got one message from phone staff and a different message from the person doing the cleaning. There was one big circular stain and several small drips which leads me to suspect that the machine may have had a leak. Phone person insisted that I had dropped a 16 oz bottle of tea, technician said it was old stains that got pulled up from the pad to the carpet.”
“The cleaning of the carpets was done well. We were generally very satisfied with the outcome. There were a few things that could have been done better. Primarily, the technician did not pay close attention to the charges that were made and overcharged us. Services were added at the time of the cleaning that we agreed to were appropriately added to the bill. Other services that were not performed but included int he estimate were not removed from the bill. Pre-vacuuming the carpets was included in the estimate, but not performed or removed from the invoice. Also, upgraded cleaning was chosen and included in the estimate for one room, but no furniture was moved or services for the upgrade performed in that one room. Those charges should have been removed from the estimate. The technician should have been more careful. We were not in a position to refute those charges in a timely manner. But I would probably not recommend or reuse Dalworth again for that reason.”
“I wish I had known the worker had not been vaccinated before he was set up inside to do the work. This is a serious time in our lives. I was disappointed with Dalworth. I have used Dalworth for many years and like your work. The worker was good except I did not like that situation I was put in. If it was now, I would have requested that he leave. At that time Covid was declining. It is not now. I appreciated his honesty when I asked if he was vaccinated. I hope he is ok.”

“When the guys came to clean my floor they stripped it. They had to come back twice because they did not do it correctly. When they came back, they added protection for the tiles, and they had to come back again because it was stained and smudged. When they came back it was a little better. I did not call them back, but I still think it is not fully stripped. The guys said there were some spots they could not do anything about. I am not happy with Dalworth.”

“Upholstery cleaning was expensive and they did a terrible job. I had to have someone do it over.”
“Richard Hearn and Dalworth are in the scamming business. Richard striped our marble floors bare with acid then left them unfinished, unsealed and dirty with swirl marks from the buffer. Dalworth refused to send anyone to look at the floor and the damage he caused, and the manager refused to speak with us. We had to hire another company to redo the floors at great expense. Dalworth refuses to make it right. Steer clear of Dalworth and Richard Hearn if you don’t want your expensive floors damaged.”
