“I had a fireplace that leaked water every time it rained hard or sideways. Chim chimney did a great job installing 2 lock top dampers and seal coat spraying the outside of my chimney. It no longer leaks and will hopefully be that way for many years. I was pleased to know that brick repair wasn’t the first choice for a fix.”

“Our fireplace was smoking after 40 years of not smoking. We had the chimney cleaned, but that did not stop the problem. Wade came over and asked us what had changed in the last year. The only thing we could think of was that two very large pine trees about 50 yards to the east of the chimney had been removed. His solution was to fabricate two inserts that fit between the top of the chimney and the chimney cap, presumably to account for the change in the air flow over the chimney caused by the loss of the pine trees. I'm still not sure why it worked, but it did, and we can now enjoy our fireplace with no smoke!”
