“The actual employees were great, but Winston's pricing was bonkers high compared to similar companies in the area. It felt like the employees I was talking to wished they could give better prices but the company itself was forcing them to be more than twice what my other estimates were.”

“honestly, I would not have used Winston if I had known how much they would try to inflate the project. I had some mold on my chimney and loose mortor on the cap (maybe some minor re-pointing). I was told I needed to pay for an inspection first. Waited 2 weeks for that and they sales person tried to talk my wife into a whole chimney re-lining. Received a $9000 estimate?? Went to another service who came out with drones and scopes and inspected for free. Did the cleaning , chem sealing, cap repair for 1/5th of the price (and so inspection fee). I really should have gone to that firm first.”

“The office staff and the people that actually come and do the work have a disconnect. The workers that were here, seemed to be in a hurry and were very sloppy in their work. They were also careless in being careful about the house, roof...etc. We were just going through a large scale remodel and we had new roofing materials. More care and consideration would have been helpful.”
