“To be honest do I think my closet is worth what I spent? No but the quality is there so I cant complain about that”

“I was originally excited and impressed, however, they called me 3 times to confirm which was a bit much. Then when one of their employees came to install the closet, he acted like it was a big imposition and he was annoyed that it took him so long. I had concerns with one section of the closet and he basically blew it off like it was nothing. A part was missing and they had to send that to me after the fact. I like the way that the closet is set up but there are so many companies out there that do these types of California Closets that my advice is to do your research first before choosing the company you are going to use.”

“Shoddy scheduling almost threw off my entire move in schedule. When the person came to install, he didn't follow instructions and had to be called back to "finish" because he left with the work incomplete. Over a year later, I still look at bars that were cut too short and they teeter on the edge of the brackets. I consider calling the company to fix it on a weekly basis but am still angry from the last experience to bother.”
