“Concrete stoop was stained during installation due to red mud. I was assured it would fade or wash away. It is still there months later. Also the top of the stoop is higher than my previous, so a normal doormat will not allow my storm door clearance, so I have to have an extra thin doormat.”

“You have the wrong address associated with my name. I live at 1000 Martin Ridge Road. The concrete was poured on June 21, 2022. Since that time I've found numerous faults on the installation, including cracking in the all the control joints. Is this normal?”

“Because of Covid and other complications such as a car accident and trees falling on or around my home work on my driveway was postponed for almost a year but when it was completed the driveway is unique and extraordinary! I receive many compliments and inquiries as to who did the work. Thank you to the fine workers who did the work and to Kristi who was there for me all the way!”

“I think he did good work, and I was really happy with it. I just wasn't happy that he gave me a price when he first came out, but when he came out to do the work, he raised the price. I didn't want to have to reschedule the job, so I had to accept it. I think that is a poor way to do business. If you give someone a price when you come to quote the job, then you shouldn't raise the price when you come out to complete it. That puts people in a bind. I was happy with the work, I just wasn't happy with the price raising. I think they did really good work, I would recommend them. But I would tell them to tell him that if they are given that price, they need to stick to it.”

“Had one post-project issue that took several calls to get resolved but Sudlow did resolve it. Can't ask for more than that.”
“I am very happy with the work I had done. Sudlow Concrete came out and quoted my wife what she wanted. When the owner and his crew came to start the work there was some issues with my property. The owner was able to work out with us what we needed and what they could work on. They were able to get it done in the time frame we planned and it look absolutely magnificent. I have had multiple people stop by and ask who did the work. The end product is perfect. Once I have my property worked out I will be calling them back out for some more work.”
