“I never received promised estimates for restoring and upgrading my chimneys/fireplace after having one chimney flue inspected last fall as a requirement before scheduling any work. This was true even after I contacted the company after a couple of weeks to follow up on my estimate requests. I had previously felt there were communication issues with this company, which was a reason for not moving forward with desired fireplace upgrade before last fall's inspection.”

“The first dehumidifier didn’t work, a smaller one than agreed replaced it and I still have to use another dehumidifier that requires daily manual disposal of water. It still smells too. The chimney cleaning was fantastic.”

“I needed my chimney cap replaced after a storm this fall. I called Jamison and they sent someone out to see what was needed in one day. The work was completed 2 days later. Great service. I loved the 2 men that came to do the work, they explained everything to me and were able to discuss another issue with my chimney, giving me ideas and advice for a totally unrelated problem, I intend to call them again when I need one of their services.”
