“Clara did a fantastic job of installing a new faucet in a bathroom sink. The old faucet was hard to get out because it had rusted and corroded over the years. Clara showed me the issue and said she’d be as careful as possible to not scratch the porcelain. She aced it. The old configuration under the sink had been installed in a bit of a Rube Goldberg manner (by another company). Clara simplified it. One or two other issues arose as a result of the age of the old faucet and Clara explained each and solved them expertly. Papalia charges top dollar for their work but I’m happy to pay it given the knowledge and skill Clara demonstrated. I only hope she is the service member who we get to solve future problems.”

“I needed two ceiling fans replaced and I was quoted close to $900. The gentlemen that came out to the house were professional and courteous but I refused the service due to the price quoted. That is an outrageous price for such a simple task.”

“Please consider implementing a more robust system for informing your customers of when you might be able to respond for unscheduled service. Saying “you’re on the list and a tech will call 20 minutes before showing up” without indicating if that list is likely to be 1 day or 1 month makes it difficult to be able to rely on Papalia.”

“Mike Antonellis showed up on time and replaced an old, corroded, leaky pipe with a sturdy PVC pipe under our sink (which was a very small space to say the least!). He made quick work of the job, left everything super clean and was friendly and proessional throughout. This is my second time now using Papalia and they are certainly on the top of our list now for this type of work for sure!”
