“They did a great job and I was very happy with what they did. If someone called me up and said they needed that kind of service I would recommend them. I really like these guys. You hire them and pay them and they do what they're supposed to do. Unfortunately, there aren't very many of those people in the world. Berkeys does good stuff.”

“Berkeys Plumbing was a robbery. The technician took advantage of the fact that I did not know about plumbing as was extremely predatory in his business approach. Zachary Stanfield charged me over $780 to do the diagnostic job of a simple leak. This did not include any costs to actually do the repair. He did not show me any photo or video evidence of what was going on and was dishonest about what needed fixing. He also upcharged the quote to do the repairs. A competitor came out to give me a quote and charged me $425 to fix the entire issue and they are also certified and insured. They were appalled to hear about my experience with Berkeys. They showed me photo/video evidence to show me what was going on, and were honest about what needed fixing.”
