“The original person who quoted the job was not the one who actually did the job because I believe the original guy caught COVID between the quote and the job. I would not have went with them had the new guy (Jonathan Kuciemba or something like that) gave me the original quote. I could tell he wasn't a hard worker. A few weeks after the job was done, I had rust colored water coming from my tub because there was an old galvanized 90 left because it was hard to remove. Paul (the original guy) replaced it free of charge under warranty without a problem. The outside hose bib which Jonathan installed sticks a few inches away from the face of the house vs. the other worker who properly installed flush with the house. I am told Jonathan is no longer with the company.”
