“Tech did not show up for scheduled service. MyPlumberPlus also refuses to give an appointment time causing me to take the entire day off work for whenever they decide to show up. On the previous visit, the tech did not perform maintenance satisfactorily and then I had to have someone else come and fix the air handler when it quit working. The repair company said that would not have happened if proper preventative maintenance would have been done. Also, the tech interrupted me many times while he was here and kept trying to sell me additional services - so annoying. Finally, my water heater went out unexpectedly. MyPlumberPlus came same day which was good but took advantage of my situation and installed a water heater costing nearly double what they sell for and I did not know the price until after it was installed.”

“I sent in a prior survey concerning this matter. It appears that I was over charged for this type of repair. My sons did some research and I could have gotten this matter taken care of and replaced at a much lower price point. The service was great, however, the price I paid was extremely high for this type of residential replacement, which has left me some what disappointed.”

“The tech came to my house, said my toilet is too old to fix- which I just had another tech from another company replace one part. This Tech from my plumber try to sell me a new toilet for 1200 dollars then told me my water heater is old also. I never ask him or his company about fixing any water heater. So please people save your time and look for another company, this company only want to make sale.”

“I would not recommend My Plumber Plus to anyone, primarily because they came out and said something was wrong with my AC, which there was, but instead of fixing it, they said the whole unit was bad and needed to be replaced. I had someone else come out for a second opinion. They said it was one little thing that needed to be replaced, and it would cost $1,000.00, so it seemed like the people I was dealing with were deceptive and dishonest people. That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

“It's a $49 service charge and then the guy came out and estimated the cost at $750. That feels like a scam to force people into paying since they already spent the $49 and the guy is standing there. I was able to hire someone else at less than half the cost. I would not recommend this company.”

“I was overbilled for a job that I was informed could not be performed after arrival. I was charged a diagnostic charge for a 10 second diagnostic (yes, it leaks). I was also informed I was being billed for the time it took them to go to a store and get the right parts. After they returned, they informed me they could not find the right part. In addition, another company came out and performed the work for 60% less and was able to get the right replacement parts at the same store. I will never call this company again.”
