“Pete had so many recommendations for a total upgrade that I wasn’t able to get the flushing mechanism in two toilets fixed, which was why I called. Also I will be calling Fairfax County Water to see if my water actually does contain 4 times the amount of chlorine as is in a swimming pool. That is what Pete reported to me. I will not be callling you again ever and I will be telling my friends about this outrageous report. Also his plumber in training was pinching pimples on his arm at my kitchen table. Disgusting!”

“The reason why I gave a 2-star rating is that I felt like we were taken advantage of. Our knowledge about plumbing is not very good, and the person that we were speaking with, although he is very knowledgeable, I feel like we were taken advantage of. We were charged more than $1,600 to put in a regulator on our plumbing line. After the fact, I looked up the cost in this area for that, and they said it was $400. We were charged more than $1600 for this service, and I think we were taken advantage of. Then we signed up for this other package because it would have given us $200 off; however, it is costing us an additional $300 for the year. I am going to be canceling that as well. That is why I am giving them a 2-star rating.”

“The work was a simple clogged drain that required snaking. It required less than 1 hour of effort. The price charged, $709, is outrageous! Even with the military discount, the bill was $598. The average per hour price for a plumber in this area is $90 per hour. Even if you start charging for the dive over, that would be $180 for the plumber. If you charge 100% on top for your management and profit, that is $360. $709 is an abusive charge.”

We were quoted a high price, but told that with our status as a special customer, and with the military discount, we could have a better price. Hundreds less. Called around and got other estimates, and the "discounted" price was the same as the regular price of another company and some people I called. Second time their price was way above the market here. Same thing happened with the water heater.”

“I requested a plumber in the evening and they came the following afternoon. I was expecting around $100 to clear the drain and was totally caught off guard by the $700 fee they charged. That was totally more than expected and will result in me looking for a different plumber service in the future. I can't afford $700 plumber visits.”
