“We have used SSI for years. Recently we had to have our air conditioner replaced. The technicians who installed our unit were meticulous and did a fabulous job. Our service technician for our check-ups and any needed repairs, Joe Williams, is also fabulous. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the cost. SSI is higher than many other places.”

“Fast service to repair freon leak ($1000). McCarthy technicians said I needed an entire new system ($18000).McCarthy sent us in circles for three months.”

“SSI has been my go to for the last 4 years. However, a recent plumbing experience has made me rethink this option. I most likely will move on to another company/contractor once my current membership expire. In addition, when I tried to work with SSI management to get my plumbing issue solved to benefit both parties, I was discouraged by management. Basically I was told there wasn't anything further they could do to help me. I have now hired a new plumber to come in and solve my issues. I was very disappointed with the custom service from the get go to work with me and get my house back to normal.”
