“I am not likely to recommend Dream Team to a friend because the problem that I called them about to come fix was not fixed, and when I communicated with the manager they didn't want to guarantee the service because they said the water pressure in the house was too high even after they did the service. I paid an exorbitant amount of money to not have my problem fixed.”

“Had some electrical tidying up to get done and had used the Dream Team several times before so I was familiar with their work. They are friendly and very competent. Everything costs so much these days but I got good work for the price I paid. All home service repair is pricy so be prepared. They do give you some options to choose from when giving their estimate so at least they give you some choices. Each time I used them (3) they did quality work.”

“Jeff Comber is an excellent employee, person and technician. This review in no way is a reflection on him, his work, character and personality; Jeff is maybe the most courteous and responsive HVAC technician I’ve ever worked with. Jeff deserves a raise. He spent his personal time, off the clock, to walk me through things and answer questions that no normal human being would ask. He is a saint. I’ve used Dream Team for numerous jobs: annual inspections, garage heater install, AC recharge, ducted dehumidifier installation, sink and faucet repair; basically I’ve dabbled in all of their services. Dream Team always upsells and they use, as far as I can tell, nonnegotiable, unit pricing. I’ve continued to use them because of techs like Jeff, Jack and Mike. Today I woke up and my expansion tank was leaking. I shut off the cold water valve, cut power to the water heater and alleviated pressure by running the faucets on hot. I then called Dream Team. Their hours are listed as 8am - 4pm on Saturdays (hours via Google), so I figured I’d get someone in the office; I only got the answering service. I left two messages to be sent to the office; no reply. I called probably 20x, hoping eventually the office would pick up; only the answering service. I’m persistent, a pain, but polite. Like I said, I called numerous times, but was always polite and mannerly, simply asking if I had reached the office or the answering service. I called numerous times because they are listed as open. I was even told I couldn’t schedule a tech through the answering service as they didn’t have the authority to do so; I figured, because of that, i was bound to get a person in office. I was incorrect. I eventually gave up. I called RF Bondurant. RFB’s owner called me back, walked me through what he believed the issue was, sent out a tech and installed a new expansion tank. The tech, Chris, was great. I’ll be using RFB from now on. Just left them a nice, well deserved review. It’s not that I needed work done, I knew that expansion tank needed replacing, but rather that I have yet to understand what my benefits as a DreamTeam VIP member have been. Dream Team sends me emails about how I’ll receive 15% off my next project, then never applies the discount. I’ve never seen a reduction in my service fee, nor have I received 24 hour emergency service, take today as a prime example. Its 8:03pm and Dream Team still hasn’t called me back! I wish nothing but the best to techs like Jeff and Jack, but I’m done with Dream Team. I thoroughly and without reservation recommend RF Bondurant for your plumbing and heating needs.”
