“The Air Duct Pros arrived when they said they would and explained everything they were going to do. They were respectful of the house property and tried to make the cleaning of the air ducts as easy and seamless as possible. I was given information on the process as it was happening. I was scheduled to have a dryer vent cleaning at the same time and an inspection revealed it was unnecessary. I appreciated their honesty and feedback. I would highly recommend this company for being reliable, honest, and reasonable.”

“Your technician was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to thoroughly assess our unique situation. He spent extra time trying to fix a magnetic closure on our wood stove and wasn't satisfied until he understood why we had an extra chimney! He also didn't charge us when he determined that our wood stove chimney didn't need cleaning. A breathe of fresh air! He was a delight to work with I and would highly recommend him to others.”

“We were very pleased with the quality of communication with Melissa, who booked our appointment, and with the overall quality of the techs' work. Our ducts -- which were way overdue for a cleaning -- are so much cleaner than they were before; and so is the air we are breathing. The "before and after" pictures proved that Air Duct Pros had done a thorough job. However, they lost a star (and maybe should have lost two) for leaving considerable dirt and debris around the openings they had used to do the cleaning. We should NOT have had to clean up after them!”
