“I indicated to Atlantic Duct Cleaning that what I wanted was to be able to see light at the end of the dryer vent after it was cleaned. This would indicate that there were no blockages but they were unable to do that. The technician said that he did not have the right equipment to clean the duct so that I could see the light at the end of the dryer vent.”

“We called because our 'check vent' light on the dryer had been coming on and it came on again after the guy came over and supposedly cleaned the vent. When I went into the attic I found that the dryer duct running to the outside vent wasn't even connected, and was a little frustrated that the guys who came were unable to tell that from cleaning. How did they know it was getting clean if they didn't have anything coming out of the vent?”
