“The problem wasn't resolved. I called and had them come over. I told them about the issue and what I did. He got an estimate and I told him we can go ahead with it. He would have to recalculate and remove the toilet. He said there wasn't a clog. He said it was my toilet. It had low pressure. I told him that water goes down with no problem at all. I took his advice. He tried again to get the clog out and there wasn't one. He told me the toilet was the issue. He is the expert and should've known the issue right away instead of calculating all of these charges. It wasn't plugged. He left my bathroom a mess. I had to clean that up. He took all of the caulk off and didn't replace it. The toilet isn't tightened down properly like it was. It was all messy.”

“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! First appointment was cancelled stating they were unable to make it. Call came 2pm after waiting all day because they don't give time frames. Second appointment, the tech came into my complex but went to wrong townhouse. I hailed him down as he was leaving and his response was "guess I didn't check the number on the townhouse". This was after I had called 3 times to verify they would be here after the experience of them cancelling. This was for a routine maintenance check which is included in the PRIORITY PLUS PROGRAM I purchased. The only thing tech did was change out a filter which I had already purchased. Third appointment was scheduled a couple of days ago. AGAIN got a phone call saying they were unable to make because they did not have enough technicians.”
