“I chose Bailey & Shipp as a recommended company for generators through Kohler. Work was done in fine, professional manner. Communication through their on-site person was professional and informative. Communication from B&S office was not quite as good. Coordination with gas installation BGE was not quite as good. Project took longer due to some mis-communication. Final analysis is that the Kohler whole house generator works fine and the project was finished in a professional manner.”
