“Precisions team came to clear a basement bathroom drain. Prior to their arrival I had roto rooter try twice to clear the drain and to no avail. they didn't mind taking my payment though! Precision scoped the drain and then used a chain maul to clean the deposits from the cast iron wall of the pipe.”

“In general, they were very good. I have used them in the past and was pleased, but this time they left me with a large pile of dirt in my yard and didn't offer any way to fix that. They just said it would eventually settle back in. I had better service in the past. I also needed a new toilet and that seemed to cause confusion. They ended up rushing that job and didn't do a great job.”
