My sons did some research and I could have gotten this matter taken care of and replaced at a much lower price point. The service was great, however, the price I paid was extremely high for this type of residential replacement, which has left me some what disappointed.”

“The tech came to my house, said my toilet is too old to fix- which I just had another tech from another company replace one part. This Tech from my plumber try to sell me a new toilet for 1200 dollars then told me my water heater is old also. I never ask him or his company about fixing any water heater. So please people save your time and look for another company, this company only want to make sale.”

I called them and they quickly scheduled a plumbing technician to come to my house thie next day. Lo and behold, the plumbing problem was fixed! Not only that I was also given a warranty for the job done, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend My Plumber company to anyone who needs plumbing work.”

“I would not recommend My Plumber Plus to anyone, primarily because they came out and said something was wrong with my AC, which there was, but instead of fixing it, they said the whole unit was bad and needed to be replaced. I had someone else come out for a second opinion. They said it was one little thing that needed to be replaced, and it would cost $1,000.00, so it seemed like the people I was dealing with were deceptive and dishonest people. That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

“Unbelievable the plumber comes tells us we need a new garbage disposal turns out there was a loose wire that needed to be plugged it you guys almost charged us 800 for a new garbage disposal even though it was just an unplugged wire. ASSHOLES”

“It's a $49 service charge and then the guy came out and estimated the cost at $750. That feels like a scam to force people into paying since they already spent the $49 and the guy is standing there. I was able to hire someone else at less than half the cost. I would not recommend this company.”

“I was overbilled for a job that I was informed could not be performed after arrival. I was charged a diagnostic charge for a 10 second diagnostic (yes, it leaks). I was also informed I was being billed for the time it took them to go to a store and get the right parts. After they returned, they informed me they could not find the right part. In addition, another company came out and performed the work for 60% less and was able to get the right replacement parts at the same store. I will never call this company again.”
