“I requested a plumber in the evening and they came the following afternoon. I was expecting around $100 to clear the drain and was totally caught off guard by the $700 fee they charged. That was totally more than expected and will result in me looking for a different plumber service in the future. I can't afford $700 plumber visits.”

“I had questions after the service and the technician seemed really bothered since he said (said the customer service) he will charge me $300 if I ask him to come back. So yes, I won't ask his service again. Sorry to bother you!”
