“Your prices are way too high. You quoted me $500.00 to replace the pressure release valve on my hot water heater. I did it myself for less than 30.00 parts and it took all of 15 minutes to replace. Most of the time spent was waiting to drain the tank below the level of the valve. I would have agreed to 150.00 due to labor but not 500.00.”

“My experience was bittersweet. Bitter in that a recent valve adjustment service to my generator resulted with the the service tech leaving the generator breaker switch off.with the power outage this weekend, the transfer switch did not enable generator power to the house. Sweet in that a phone call with Christian, an outstanding tech, isolated the issue quickly during a phone call.”
