“The gentlemen who visited my home were very professional and personable. They attempted to upsell me, but were very understanding when they knew my reasons for not wanting to do more than what I needed. However, I told them I had problems with my water heater and I wanted to know if I needed to replace it or if they could repair it. They said they could repair it. Unfortunately, 1.5 hours after they left, I was bringing in the trash bins and noticed there were puddles of water. I traced it back to my garage. I opened the garage door and there were 2 inches of water, and it sounded like a waterfall. I came in and called them because I was told they had a 24/7 service. They said that they do not deal with anything with water. I told them that they had dealt with the electrical part of it. The leak was coming from a pipe that was bringing the water into the water heater. I think that is where the mistake that was probably made. The lady said that they do not deal with water, but they were the only people who had been in my garage. The manager on duty said that the local manager would return my call, but he never did.”

“Mr. Sparky came in and fixed my broken outlets, but after they left two that were previously working were not anymore. I asked them to come back and fix the ones they broke and they gave me a hard time about it, and ended up cancelling. Also, they no-showed me twice before they came out.”

“I had what I thought was a minor problem with a specific outlet. It turned out to be much more. The electrician clearly explained everything to me and gave me options from which to choose. The all day work done by a crew of 2 was excellent. The electricians were knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. They carefully cleaned up before leaving my house. I am definitely a Sparky fan.”
