“I put a deposit down for fencing the last of September and was told job would be done in 6 weeks. To date we still don't have our back yard fenced. We took down old fencing and are without a fence period. When I complain I'm told they can't get the fence, becsuse I ordered an almondcolor that is not available. I was told the fence would be in last week and job would be done on Saturday. I received an email Friday evening saying they received 2 orders, but not ours, it did not come in. I told them if my fence was not in and installed by this week I wanted my deposit back and I would find another company to do the job.”

“All American Fence was professional and prompt and carried out the work to my satisfaction. But later I discovered that one of my gates was hard to open and close since the latch was not working properly. I have tried getting to come and honor their warranty and fix the problem. But it has been over three months but nobody has come to do so as of yet.”

They checked in with me throughout, offered maintenance tips and really exceeded my expectations on timing and the final results. We initially built the fence for our new puppy but now it's brought new life into the entire family's backyard experience.”

The side with the handle I can open, but the other side I cannot open because there is no handle. I had requested them to come out and fix this, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. This would be my only complaint.”
