“We are basically pleased with the fence and installation, but there are long splits in many of the large support posts. Will they eventually fall apart? Also, many of the boards are curved or damaged. There needs to be more quality control on the materials. The installation was amazingly quick and everyone was nice to work with.”
“It was very expensive, the posts were not cemented and the vinyl material used for the fence feels like a plastic toy, not solid at all, and the fence wobbles easily and part of the fence was actually pulled over by the winds only 6 months after installation.”

“The overall finished product looked good from a distance. When I closely inspected the workmanship, I found it to be thrown together. There was no attention to detail. They were supposed to install the fence on the grade, but they did it under the grade. I had to dig out 22 wheelbarrows of dirt to dig out the fence pickets. They hid the fact the pickets were done incorrectly. They were not spaced out correctly, and they had to come back out to fix it.”

“I chose Builders from the Best Of book and they were #2. I don't think I would recommend them due to the saggy fence that resulted in them returning and doing a quick fix. For the increase in wood cost and the fence costing nearly 2 grand, the workmanship was shoddy and they should have anticipated the sagging effect. After a week of the initial install, it was an inoperable fence.”
