“They were not very courteous. They did not put the fence where I requested it. They put it on top of a stone. I specifically asked if the stone was in the place where the fence was going to be, please move the stone, and they put the fence on top of the stone.”

“I am somewhat disappointed. My reason for this is several slats were nailed at the top and not the bottom, even now I still find loose ones, serveral are nailed warped. I had to have my son secure the double gates after a storm because the screws used were too short and it flew open.”

I got quotes from other companies and the representatives were very strange. I did not feel that with these guys. When they started the job the construction went smooth as silk.”

“I had to deal with a lady in the office who monitors the projects. She totally lied to me and I know this because I was very proactive during the whole process. When I would call to check-in, she would say the paperwork had been sent out and that I would receive it in a few days. After waiting, I would follow-up, it was always another excuse. I would get into arguments with her because she was very rude to me. I was concerned about my project, not other people's projects, which was another excuse I would get from her. When I called again, I finally got an answer as to what the problem was. They were very behind on projects and they had fired the office lady. I had to go out and use my gas money and time to get permits to speed up the whole process. It then took another 2 months for them to come out. When the job was completed, I never got any sort of acknowledgment of the issues or an apology.”
