Concept Flooring did an excellent job with our flooring projects. They installed LVP on the terrace level, carpeting on the stairs and a wood floor on our 2nd level. From start to finish, they were very professional and easy to work with. Our sales representative, Jim Welsch, was the tipping point due to his knowledge and consultative approach. In addition, the installation team was also outstanding. I highly recommend Concept Flooring as they are truly top-notch!

I am very happy I selected Concept Flooring. I replaced the carpet on my 2nd floor and stairs to match the hardwood on the 1st floor. Jim and his crew were the only ones that could get the job done. They were very professional, Great customer service and Great price! I am a customer for life.

Our experience with Concept Flooring was great. We added hardwood to the existing flooring and had the original sanded and stained along with the new. You can't tell the difference between the old and the new. To start dealing with John Pennell was great. No bullshit. No number games. Direct and to the point. On top, he came in with the best quote. He advised us as to how this would progress and gave us advice to prepare. When install came, the installers were courteous and also informative as to selecting stain and the type of finish coats. He even suggested we replace the registers with black even though we were thinking of bronze. I am glad as we went with the black. Dust was minimal and they left everything in order including returning the furniture. I highly recommend and John will be the first one to call when we consider the upstairs.

We just wrapped up our flooring project with Concept and I cannot say enough great things about Jim and his team. They sanded and re-stained our original hardwood floors on the main level of our home. We had carpet in the living room so they were able to add wood in that room and made it blend seamlessly into the rest of the flooring. Jim is very communicative, patient, and honest. His crew he sent to our house was led by Bobby and Bobby was also so amazing to work with. He really took care of us and always kept us in the loop throughout our week long project. Afterwards, Bobby sent me a long message telling me how to take care of our new floors and even sent me links to products he recommends I purchase. The floors turned out better than I could have ever imagined! My husband and I are so so happy with the end result. Highly recommend Concept Flooring and I can guarantee you will have the best experience working with Jim.

Concept Flooring refinished my hardwood floors recently. I chose natural with satin finish; 3 coats. They look so nice; I am very happy with the end result. Chris is personable and explained the process well. I was pleased with the 2 Refinishers, as well.
