“I could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Masterpiece Flooring. They responded immediately upon me calling them and assisted me with choosing the right carpet and wood flooring for our needs. They showed flexibility in allowing me to save a little money by moving the furniture myself. They answered all my questions with confidence and patience, and provided a schedule that was strictly adhered to. The carpet installers showed up on the scheduled day and completed all the work in the scheduled time. They were polite and made sure they took care of my house as if it was their own, leaving everything spotless when they left. The carpets look great! The hard wood floor installers were exactly the same, on time, as scheduled, polite, and respectful of the house. They worked VERY hard through a terrible heat wave outside and even kept working when we had a power outage and made sure they had cleaned up everything before they left. And the floors have far exceeded our expectations. We can’t believe how nice our house looks now! It’s been a pleasure working with Masterpiece flooring. I recommend them to anyone I know who may have flooring needs.”

“We would recommend Dmitry and Masterpiece Flooring. Dmitry was very helpful, and actually gave me some great advice on doing some of the work myself that he could have made more money on. Dmitry's company did refinished all of our wood floors and put down new floors where the wood couldn't be salvages. We had a few touches we wanted added and he came back out and took care of it. We're very happy with how it turned out!”

“Masterpiece Flooring was recommended to me by a friend, and I have hired them twice now to replace floors in my condo. For the first project they removed old carpet and put down LVT in the bedrooms and hallway. From the first contact, Dmitri, the owner, was very professional and responsive, showed up on time, provided detailed estimates and explained advantages of different types of flooring. The work was done quickly and with high quality, everything was cleaned up afterward, excess materials left in a neat stack out of the way. I hired them again recently to replace the kitchen floor. This involved moving several appliances out of the kitchen. The crew took care to put cardboard on my living room floor before moving the appliances there, and again, everything was left clean and in its right place when they were done. The crew were also professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Masterpiece Flooring to a friend, and would hire them again.”
